We want you to be satisfied. If our service isn't right for you, we offer a refund under the conditions below.
7-Day Refund on First Subscription
If you are not satisfied with our IPTV service, you may request a full refund within 7 (seven) days of your initial purchase. This refund applies only to your first subscription and only if you have not previously received a refund for our service.
Renewals Are Non-Refundable
Refunds are not available for renewed subscriptions. By renewing, you confirm that you are satisfied with the service and accept that renewal payments are final. We encourage you to contact support before renewing if you have any concerns.
How to Request a Refund

Eligibility
Refunds are only granted for first-time subscribers who contact us within 7 days of the original purchase date. Abuse of the refund policy (e.g. repeated purchases and refunds) may result in the refusal of future refunds and/or account action.
