DMCA & Copyright Policy

IPTV Smarters Pro 4K respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users to do the same. We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

If you believe that content available through our service or website infringes your copyright, you may send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; (3) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized; and (6) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. It must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found). In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
